– Challenge / Responsabilities
Part of the design team my focus has been on the onboarding process.
The challenge was to make a new customer downloading the app to enjoy the full potential of the product. But as well to convert new lead in active users.
To overcome this challenge I went through a couple of researches, benchmarks, competitive analysis and design sprints.
– Perfecting the Onboarding flow
Once the work on the original onboarding flow and Leadsite was done, some more sketching and journey mapping had to be done to make sure no steps were missing out.
