– Challenge / Responsabilities
Part of the product team my focus has been on the onboarding flow.
The challenge was not only to make users completing a complex process but as well to convert new users in active ones.
To overcome this challenge I went through a couple of researches, benchmarks, competitive analysis and designed prototypes.
–Designing for accessibility
In addition to the launch of the Samsung mPos App Mobeewave was delivering the technology to other acquires. So part of my job has been to re-design the acquire web app to improve the user flow and making it accessible.
